Your trip details.
Used carefully.
Rokus Taxi uses the details you provide to assess, arrange and follow up your trip. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact taxirokus@gmail.com or +31 6 45289930.
Language and browser
The flag menu lets you choose Dutch, English or your browser language. An explicit language preference may be remembered locally in your browser, separately from statistics. This does not give us access to saved names, phone numbers or email addresses. Your browser may offer its own contact autofill; you decide whether to use it.
Your request
The form processes your name, phone number, optional email, pickup and destination, requested date and time, passengers, payment choice and language. If used, it also stores your requested arrival, calculated pickup suggestion, displayed route-price example and return-trip request. These details are stored in a private planner accessible to Rokus and the authorised Netcorp management team. A request is not a confirmed booking or payment.
Hosting, mail and location
Vercel hosts the website and private storage. Resend processes the emails needed for the system, including acknowledgements, confirmations and private tracking links. PDOK handles address searches. If you allow GPS access, the website can send your coordinates to PDOK to find an address. FOSSGIS/OSRM receives route points for drive estimates, without your name or phone number. The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. These providers receive the network requests required for their services.
The driver can enable location sharing for your trip. Only the most recent taxi position is kept, not a driven location history. Your private link also gives access to the trip chat. Do not share it. The website does not request your own GPS to show the live taxi map.
Review invitations
After a completed trip, Rokus may email a one-time invitation for an honest Google review, at most once per email address every 90 days. A review is optional. Each invitation includes an unsubscribe link. A protected derivative of the email address is retained to respect this preference. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary trip messages. Only clicking the Google link takes you to Google; we do not send your trip details there. We record the mail status but cannot tell whether you posted a review.
Public Google reviews
The homepage displays public Google Maps ratings with the visible author name and source link. A checked snapshot carries its check date. When the Google Places connection is enabled, our server retrieves current information as this section is opened; your trip details are not used for this. Author images, when present, come from Google and may cause a network request from your browser. Google content is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Limited website statistics
Public page views, website openings, screen-size categories and actions such as calling or opening the form are counted without analytics cookies or local storage. We do not save IP addresses, full referring URLs, search terms or form contents in the statistics file. An opening is not a unique person. Referrers are stored only as categories. Daily totals are kept for up to 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected where detectable. Private tracking and admin pages are excluded. There is no active Google Analytics connection. Hosting and mail providers can keep separate operational logs.
Retention and access
Admin access uses a temporary session cookie. Trip details and chat remain in the planner for fulfilment and follow-up; there is no automatic trip-data deletion schedule yet. Contact Rokus about retention or deletion. Administrative retention obligations may affect what can be removed.
From page to request
A new request may include the public page where the form was submitted, without query parameters. Rokus uses this to compare pages that generate requests. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables this page attribution. It does not describe your earlier visits. Aggregated form steps contain no entered details.
